No! We can absolutely train through the wonders of the internet using Zoom video conferencing.
Depending on your goals, you may need to have a few items for your home gym (it's pretty difficult to train in Weightlifting if you don't have a barbell to use), but it's very doable.
I can even come to your location to help you set up your home gym.
You can schedule a single training session with me, or buy a pack of sessions. You can also sign up for 3 months of support via one of the coaching packages. Or you can opt into my Flexibility Course.
There are many ways we can work together to get you feeling stronger and more capable, whatever your goals are.

This is where I say you get what you pay for. I give my clients a lot of support because you want to feel educated and empowered, even while working through pain and the unknown.
How much support depends on what you need. If you prefer just getting a custom program and having some video feedback from me, we can do that. If you'd rather have me coaching you live for a few months for the immediate feedback and support, we can also do that.
