Learn the basics of Olympic-style Weightlifting in this small-group class. Beginners are welcome, you just need an open mind. This class is a Montessori-style focused around education about basic principles, strength progressions, and how to find your body's personal technique. Weightlifting shoes are available to borrow, and will improve your lifting experience.
It is great for CrossFit enthusiasts who want to improve their Snatch, Clean, and Jerk.
Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays, 5:15-6:30 (first session) and 6:45-8pm (second session), classes are limited to 10 people.
