Come join me via Zoom every Monday and Wednesday from 2-3pm PST.
Whether you lift weights, run, play sports, we all need to take care of our bodies. You can tune in and walk with me through solutions to your questions about strength, flexibility, and reducing pain/stiffness.
Join our group of fitness nerds and casual athletes to explore what your body needs to feel good!
During Social Stretching & Strengthening Hour, you can jump in anytime between 2 -3pm PT, Monday and Wednesday. Stay for a few minutes and get some socializing and a quick stretch. Ask questions and get form coaching on the spot.

Nope, SSS is currently offered only via Zoom. It's for people who can't make it to the gym and need coaching.
Starting June 1st, 2021, Brandon will be coaching in-person in Oakland, CA again.
All you have to do is join the Zoom call, every Monday and Wednesday at 2-3pm PST. Your first class is on me. Then, you can decide if you want to do drop-ins or a monthly membership. You can be on video or off, trying out the exercises or just watching.
Things we do vary based on who comes and what kinds of questions they ask.
Brandon helps weightlifters, rock climbers, crossfitters, and plenty of weekend warrrior athletes, as well as young to middle-aged professionals who are just tired and stiff from too much sitting at a desk.
Exercises range from strengthening ankles to expanding hip flexibility to easing back pain to boosting shoulder mobility, and more.
