Lower Body Three: Hamstring Stretch

Hamstrings are connected to our lower body, but also help our hips support the spine. If you have mobile hamstrings it will also save you a lot of potential knee-trouble on long hikes.

This stretch is probably the easiest and most bang for your buck. It doesn’t take much effort and you can do it pretty much anywhere. Give this one a try at the end of your long hikes or just hanging out by the campfire!
