Social Strength & Fitness Classes
Come join us every Monday and Thursday from 10-11am PST.
I pick on a theme (such as hip strength, shoulder range, or ankle flexibility) each class and we hone in on a few powerful moves that will get your heart pumping and create better strength and flexibility in a surprisingly short amount of time.
Learn, laugh, and move with other fitness weirdos and people revitalizing their bodies after stagnation or injury.

Here are a few answers to some common questions about Social Strength & Fitness.
Nope, SSF is currently offered only via Zoom. It's for people who can't make it to the gym and need coaching.
Brandon also teaches in-person classes and private training in Oakland, CA.
All you have to do is purchase a drop-in or pack of classes, and you'll receive an email with the Zoom link to join at the right time.
If you have fitness-related props (yoga blocks, hand weights, etc.), please bring them, but if not, I'll help you find items in your house to get a great workout.
Each week there is a theme, where we focus on an area of the body like shoulders, hips, or knees, and try exercises to gain awareness and build expertise in that area of the body.
Exercises range from strengthening ankles to expanding hip flexibility to relieving back pain to boosting shoulder mobility, and more.
I help weightlifters, rock climbers, crossfitters, and plenty of weekend warrior athletes, as well as young to middle-aged professionals who are just tired and stiff from too much sitting at a desk.
